The passivation of stainless steel and titanium ensures an early corrosion protection. Under the influence of nitric acid or citric acid for approximately one to five minutes the process ensures an up to 5 times bigger passivation layer on the surface than the passivation layer created by air.

Corrosion protected surfaces are obtained by removing impurities and free iron particles.
We passivate mainly according to ASTM standards and various aviation standards. Main fields of application are the medical and aerospace industries.
